Product Description
Four HO scale side sill replacement parts used to convert a Walthers trilevel auto carrier flatcar into a PLH21 flat with full height side sill at the trucks. This version represents the as-built flatcar before the cars were modified with the addition of inspection holes. Not all cars were modified and some examples remain.
