this is a size reduced version so that the more costly materials are offered
note that soft precious metals e.g. gold plated and silver ones may be scratch prone, though they probably looked nice ;)
silver ones are costly as they are a whole piece of silver - not silver plated
rhodium is a rare precious metal (costier than gold) with a silvery look but is harder than silver, hence rodium plated ones are costly too
selecting plastics are much cheaper ;)
