Product Description
Not for Potter 14, which uses a DM-275 mast.
Note that feed slots were hand-cut and will vary between boats.
West Wight Potter-15  uses a DM-1 mast .
This gate plate is for feed slot cut length of 2  51/64" to 3" (71mm - 76.2mm).
Your sail slugs should be 3/8" or 9mm in diameter.  Smaller slugs will pull out too easy.

Our MastGate snaps into place to bridge the open feed slot.  Set screws can be added for maximum fastening.
Made of strong durable nylon, dying nylon Black is best for blocking UV.

Custom-built for the Dwyer Mast DM1 extrusion.  Now your sail slugs will not fall out during reefing or raising the sail.
Two optional set screw holes (6-32 x 3/16") were added to the gate plate for sailors who want a locking method.

If you have a DM1 mast with a different slot cut length (less than 2 51/64" (71mm) or greater than 3"), you may request a different length at    TomLuQue@gmail.com
