Product Description
This an N gauge version of a commissioned item representing a steam tram locomotive as commonly used in the Edwardian Era. While freelance and modelled for standard gauge, it is heavily based on engines from the 3’6”-gauge Moseley Road Tramway, Birmingham (c.1904). Fully motorised (although minus firebox in order to fit the chassis), it is designed with a separate roof to aid detailing, painting and fitting a crew.
Also available is a freelance ex-horse tram to complement this model.
Necessary to Complete:
Tsugawa Micro loco n-gauge chassis – TU-7T
Couplings (the method used is at the builder's discretion)
Weight (to add inside the boiler and around the chassis, with additional space in the cab if necessary)
I hope you enjoy this unusual and eye-catching model.
