Product Description
This is an N gauge model of the diesel shunter ‘Courage’, better known as ‘Sweet Pea’. Built by Hunslet in 1935 it is arguably Britain’s smallest standard gauge diesel, today being preserved at the Middleton Railway, Leeds.
This scratch aid provides a simple-to-assemble unpowered N Gauge model, only requiring couplings, weight and wheels to complete. Coupled to a motorised flatbed or other motorised stock (each separately available, plus free-rolling coaches and trucks), a fully working N Gauge train can be created.
Necessary to Complete:
Graham Farish wagon wheels (x2)
Couplings (the method used is at the builder's discretion)
Weight
Optional additional details to scratchbuild (at the builder's discretion):
Roof supports (locating holes provided)
Exhaust
Control levers and brake wheel
Crew
I hope you enjoy this unusual and eye-catching model.
