HO-scale (3.5mm:1ft) 5'6" wheeelbase plateback bogies, pretty much like the Gloucester ones I uploaded a while ago. There are two pairs here: one with the circular maintenance access holes in the platebacks, the other pair without.
No one has tried this yet, so there might be a delay to your order if there are printability issues. I have made the flange along to top arcs rather thick to try to avoid that. These surfaces are accessible from above, so with care, it should be possible to thin them down a bit with abrasive paper, sanding sticks or a small file to improve the appearance if you think it's worth the risk and effort. You won't be able to return them to Shapeways for replacement if you do this and break them, though.
