Whether installing on a replica or a vintage this will help you keep your spacing even and your grips at 90 degrees from the base. Use this along with the appropriate Guide Lock to install your grips. This is spaced for 6 grips on The Empire Strikes Back or The Force Awakens (Rey version) lightsabers.
PLEASE NOTE: This is designed for grips that are approximately 13.3mm wide, such as Wannawanga grips. Use Version A for 12.75mm wide grips such as those from Blast-Tech or Graflex 2.0 kits.
