Product Description
Set of templates; includes lines, wheel chair, coloring rectangle for under wheel chair figure; HO scale; each template approx. 3.73"L x 2.02"W x .05" thick; arrives unpainted with a white, versatile plastic finish only. I use a "stampin''" chalk marker purchased at stampinup.com under ink/markers. Tape down the coloring rectangle template onto the desired location using blue painter's tape. Outline the rectangle with a pencil and paint the lane lines with the stampin chalk marker. The marker ink drys quickly and you may want to re-coat it a couple of times. Remove the tape and template and align strips of blue masking tape along the outside perimeter of the box. Mask off everything else outside the box with newspaper, etc. and spray the inside of the box with royal blue paint. When the paint drys, remove all masking. Next, align and tape-down the handicap emblem, aligning the template with the new lane lines. Paint the emblem by tracing the inside with the chalk marker. If you desire, paint over the white lane lines with a sharp blue marker.
