Are you a back, stomach, and side sleeper?
You loved your Puritan Bennett/Coviden Breeze mask, but can no longer get parts?
Did the plenum break on all 4 masks like mine did?
If you answered Yes, Yes, and Yes, then you have come to the right place. I commissioned someone to build a 3D model of the part that kept breaking. So now I can 3D print it and so can you!
The Breeze plenum is the piece that always breaks and the reason they no longer manufacture this particular CPAP headgear mask. To make it easier to fit onto the existing headgear mask I created a slot on one side to easily slide into position to tighten in place.
All parts are printed with Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) nylon 12 which is a durable versatile plastic that can be used for a wide range of applications. SLS is skin friendly and dishwasher safe. Read more

Plenum replacement instructions
1. On the knob side, use needle-nose pliers and pull the knob off of the stem. You will need to apply significant force to pull the stem through the knob. Be careful not to lose the sprocket.
2. On the button side, use needle-nose pliers and pull the button which is firmly pressed into the plenum and the nasal piece. If you break the button you can get a new one from my website.
3. Once the knob and button are removed, you can easily remove the old plastic from the old broken plenum.
4. To replace the plenum put the side with the slot over the stem and replace the knob. You should be able to tighten it down by screwing the knob onto the stem.
5. On the button side, align the hole in the plenum over the hole on the nasal piece and press the button firmly into the hole. If the hole is too wide, apply a drop of glue to secure.
Over a 100 customers have utilized these instructions successfully.
