Great Kohteru, Mask of Ice (axle)

The Kanohi Kohteru is the Elemental Mask of Ice, and as such allows its user Toa-level control over the element of Ice in its Great form, and Turaga-level control in it's Noble form. Like all Elemental Masks, the Kanohi Kohteru would not boost the elemental power of a Toa of Ice, but instead would act as a secondary source to draw power from when their own elemental energy runs dry.
