Product Description
Chassis for the 89 Sabers/Korbanth OWK ANH hilts.
This is a permanent wired in battery design, not removable.
For this chassis you will also require two prints of P2 to complete the chassis assembly.
This chassis is designed for use with:
-Proffie Board
-KR Sabers 28mm Bass speaker
-18650 Lithium Ion Battery
-2.1mm x 5.5mm PCB laptop style recharge port (rectangular front)
-Crystal or my generic chassis crystal (found on shapeways) and single neo pixel

The crystal neopixel requires gluing into the crystal once everything is wired up and tested, and then the crystal requires being trapped and glued into the two halfs of the crystal chamber as they are assembled in to the chassis.
The recharge port requires gluing in to place once everything is wired up and tested. We recommend a dab of hot glue to secure it.
This design allows for the board to slide into place once wired up and tested.
Handle with care.
Any damage occurred during installation is the responsibility of the individual installer.
