Product Description
Sears designed some low end table saws with plastic (nylon) pintles. You turn a metal gear against the pintle teeth to get the saw blade angle to change; then you clamp the blade in place. If the user fails to remove the clamp before attempting to change the blade angle, the metal gear chews up the nylon pintle gear teeth. As of the summer of 2019, Sears no longer sells this spare part, perhaps because so many people have chewed through the gear teeth. I printed one at home and it works fine on the saw. You could print this in plastic or metal; the plastic parts are cheaper, and will not wear out the other metal parts on the saw.
