CBB KO Devastator Foot Lock

For the Cool Become Brave/CBB/Kubian/Coolchange undersized KO of Transformers Combiner Wars Devastator.

This part reinforces the connection of Scrapper's shovel, which forms part of Devastator's foot. Normally, the shovel is locked with a single tab, which can fail and cause Devastator to no longer be able to stand. This part holds the shovel in place by wrapping behind Scrapper's head and holding the crossbar of the shovel arm with hooked ends. If Scrapper's head falls into the extended position while combined, this part will also solve that issue.  It simply snaps on and off.
