All components of this unique light to medium duty easy to process and assemble ball bearings assembly are made exclusively from smooth durable plastic, making it 100% rust proof and 100% water proof for all your indoor and outdoor uses. It comes in a variety of colors to allow you to uniquely match it with the components you intend to use it in.

This ball bearings assembly measures 20mm (~25/32 inch) tall and, has a standard 25mm (1 inch) interior diameter across (to fit an equivalent 1" shaft/pole diameter) and a 52mm (2-3/64 inch) outer diameter once assembled. It includes 24 matching 7.5mm (19/64 inch) wide ball bearings (in split stack configuration) with a central dual support ring and, an extra thick outer housing -giving it the durability to last through years of continuous use.

Processing this assembly once delivered to you is as simple as separating each part from one another and removing all support structures. Then, using a fine grained sand paper or file, smooth out where each part was initially connected by the support structures. Once each part is separated and smoothed out, you're ready to assemble your new water proof ball bearings assembly.

Assembly begins with orienting the outer housing part with the bearings insert dimple facing up. Insert the bearings dual support ring half way into the outer housing and, add the inner wheel/housing 1/3rd of the way down with its bearings insert dimple also facing up. Add each of the 12 lower stack bearings into each slot of the bottom segment of the bearings dual support ring. After adding all 12 bearings to the lower section of the assembly, set the assembly on a flat surface allowing both, the dual support ring and inner housing to settle in place with the lower stack bearings supported in place. The lower stack bearings will remain held in place so long as the assembly remains on the flat surface throughout the remaining assembly process. Be sure that the insert dimples for both the inner and outer housings are facing up.

To add the remaining bearings, rotate the bearings insert dimples to align with one another then, add each of the remaining 12 bearings by inserting each one into each slot of the upper segment of the dual support ring through the aligned bearings insert dimples. Rotate the bearings dual support ring after inserting each bearing while keeping the insert dimples aligned to add each bearing until they've all been added.

Once all bearings have been added, your new water proof ball bearings assembly is ready for use.
