1/87th Talbert type rail lowboy trailer

This was created based on a Talbert lowboy that is called a 'rail trailer' as the equipment or load sits on the rails, sometimes with blocking for raised height, and the tracks or wheels sit down further on the sides, not on a platform. I also offer a 2 axle booster to go with this, and the set up was rated for 80 tons.  I have not included a pin fo rthe goosneck, as it nees stronger material, so insert a brass or styrene rod when securing the neck in place.
