Breville Coffee Grinder BCG800 Impeller

This is a replacement impeller that I design in Fusion 360 based on the worn stock impeller.
Breville do not make this part available for purchase, and armed with my first 3D printer, I created this part, and printed my design out and it saved the coffee grinder from landfill.

My grinder was getting stuck and clicking frantically when grinding.  When I opened it up I found the stock impeller to be missing a lot of plastic around on the tips of the blades which cause it to get blocked up and get stuck.  Once the replacement was fitted it has worked flawlessly.  There are plenty of guides and videos on the internet to learn how to dismantle the grinder, just be safe and make sure it's unplugged before attempting a repair.

Please note that this part is printed by shapeways and may not be foodsafe.  The part only pushes dry coffee out into the chute.  There is therefore a risk, but it is your choice if you wish to take it.

I have now ordered the part from shapeways, and found it to be a perfect fit.  The part just slides down the shaft with very little tollerance, as can be seen on the photos.  This was just the White Natural Versatile Plastic option.

I've tried to keep the price to a minimum to help others that need this part, and to do our part for the environment.
