00 Scale Era 1 Bury Tender

A commission piece, this model is a 00 Scale enlargement of my N Gauge Bury ‘Coppernob’ tender, suitably modified to accept Hornby pinpoint wheelsets (c.15mm diameter; 22mm clearance between frames).  Axleboxes need to be scratchbuilt (also buffers/handrails added), but elsewise it is intended to be a ready-to-roll scratch aid.  An integrated block is included for tension-lock coupling; pinned in place this should be of the correct height/strength (but can easily be removed if required).  

IMPORTANT: while most models available here have been pre-tested and known to work, this tender has not been printed/tested by myself, so while the measurements appear correct it is considered strictly experimental.  (Edit: this tender has since been printed by the commissioning customer who kindly provided the above images.)

(The model is offered in WSF and FED; the former is cheaper but with a coarse finish while the latter is more expensive but with crisper detail.)
