This is a weapon for MMC Tyrantron based on Megatron's cannon seen in issue 24 of Transformers Lost Light, an excellent comic written by James Roberts.
I've tested the file on my home printer with PLA and it fits the figure properly. Depending on how the shapeways printers work, the peg may need tightening or a bit of sanding to fit your copy of the figure.
