Snow Ball - Bead Pendant

This is a bead with a highly textured surface.  To me, it resembles an electron microscopic view of a virus.  Or, perhaps it resembles a buckyball.   Then again, it sort of resembles a textured snowball, especially in glistening silver.  I guess "resemble" is the keyword, since it isn't any of those things -- it's just a very textured ball.

This bead is strung onto a necklace and worn as a pendant.    The hole is large enough to accomodate a cord as wide as 4mm.
