This set provides the MAC-31 'Reibel' machine gun that was used on some FT-17, better known as the FT-31.
In kit #1002 Takom does provide ammunition drums and racks for this type of weapon but does not include the machine-gun itself, nor the parts needed to fit it to the turret. Our set does provide those pieces, making it possible to build a proper 'FT-31' that was used by the French army and was later used in German service as well.
This set can also be combined with Takom #1001, but that kit does not include the ammuntion racks.
