N Gauge Australian 6-Wheel Brake Van (Motorised)

This commissioned item is a freelance six-wheel brake van based on the Australian Victorian railway Z type brake van.  Unlike the unpowered 4-wheel version (separately available), this van fits a Farish motorised tender chassis (such as their Black Five type) so enabling the operation of free-rolling unpowered locomotives (such as those available separately).

Necessary to Complete:
Farish ‘Black Five’ motorised tender chassis
Couplings (ELC couplings can be modified, but the method used is at the builder's discretion)

IMPORTANT: while most models available here have been pre-tested and known to work, this scratch-aid has not been printed/tested by myself, so while the measurements appear correct it is considered strictly experimental.
