Product Description
Enables the installation of a handle grip on the driver side windshield pillar of the VW Vanagon, to match the passenger side. These parts are interchangeable and can also be used on the passenger side if you are missing your original mounts. They replace VW Part # 251 857 615 and VW Part # 251 857 616.
Can be painted to match your interior prior to installation or can be ordered in unpolished black- you will need to drill 11mm holes and source a handle grip, "Inner Door Grab Handle" VW Part # 251 867 161 works fine for this application. You will also need four 1/4"-20 x 1" or 6mm x 1.25 thread pitch machine screws. I do not recommend using anything larger since you might damage the mounting posts.
