009 Colliery Utility Wagons X3 (4 mm Scale)

Designed to print in Versatile Plastic

These are utility wagons based on the types used by various mining companies.

I have designed them to print in a block of three in white or coloured Versatile  Plastic .The rough surface of the plastic resembles an old metal rusted and pitted surface very well.

To couple the wagons together, they are printed with a set of universal couplings which can be clipped in place. You will need to add a coupling of your choice on the end wagons to attach to the locomotive.  I have used Greenwich brass couplings.

The chassis has a clip on base to hold the wheels  and  I would recommend the following product from Dundas models :  5.5mm Metal Wheels with Curved Spokes, ref PN60 for 2 or PN61 for 20.
I have removed the pin points on the axels with a fine file.
