NACA Duct : 7 x 4 x 1" opening size. Made for panel thickness 0.035" (automotive steel).

NACA Duct. Air intake duct of the so called 'NACA" type used widely on race cars and airplanes. The specific benefit of this type is low drag. The duct design is calculated using official NACA technical reports. The duct is designed to be recessed into panel of 0.035" thickness (car bodywork). Panel cutout does not have to be very accurate as there is a 13mm flat flange that shall be used to fasten duct to panel.
