N Gauge K1 Locomotive 61997 MacCailin Mor

This commissioned item is an N Gauge model of the prototype K1 Class No. 61997 MacCailin Mor, which differed from subsequent engines with a different front end to the running plate.  Designed to fit a Farish N Class chassis and intended to be as close a fit as possible, some small fettling may be required.  Holes are provided for handrails and a post-1940 style 3500 gallon tender body (as used by the prototype before adoption of the 4200 gallon variant) is also separately available either as a full kit or a body-only version designed to fit the Farish N Class tender chassis.  

IMPORTANT: while most models available here have been pre-tested and known to work, this scratch-aid has not been printed/tested by myself, so while the measurements appear correct it is considered strictly experimental.
