Product Description
The Westinghouse G-6 was used in the early D&RG(W) combined straight and automatic air systems. This valve allows the engineer to apply, lap, and release the train brakes by way of the triple valves on each car to which the locomotive is coupled, including the tender. A C-6 feed valve is mounted directly to the G-6 brake stand unlike its successor, the H-6.
