Chevy G-7113 suspension Italeri conversion 1:35

This set of parts contains heavy-duty "overload" rear springs, frame crossmembers, and shock absorbers for Chevy 4x4 trucks of the 7000-series - in particular the G-7113 tractor.   Originally designed to convert the Italeri 1:35 Water Tank Truck (#201) into a Chevy 4x4 G-7113 tractor unit, it can be used to convert Italeri trucks to any of the Chevy 7000-series trucks as well.  (Only Italeri offer decent hard cabs, so I don't offer this set for Tamiya, Heller, or Hobbyboss kits.)  Significant modification of the kit frame is required to make an accurate Chevy, shortening it and removing details at the rear before adding these printed parts - it isn't simply adding new axles.  Note that you need to use the rear towing pintle from the kit by cutting off the spring and gluing into the rear crossmember.  I offer the  standard springs for other Chevies in my shop.

If you want to build a G-7113 you are better off buying my complete set of parts (available in my shop) because it is cheaper than the individual sets.
