00 Scale Broad Gauge Tender

A commission piece, this model is a 00 Scale enlargement of an N Gauge broad gauge tender, suitably modified to give scale tolerances.  Also available is the locomotive ‘North Star’.  It has been designed for 28mm-gauge track and the wheel dimensions below but there is sufficient space for slight variation if necessary, for example by fitting internal frames rather than using the pin-point holes provided.  An integrated block is included for the coupling, with three holes enabling an off-set standard gauge interface if required for dual-gauge track.  

IMPORTANT: while most models available here have been pre-tested and known to work, this scratch-aid has not been printed/tested by myself, so while the measurements appear correct it is considered strictly experimental.  

(The model is offered in WSF and FED; the former is cheaper but with a coarser finish while the latter is more expensive but with crisper detail.)
