Designed By A Welder For A Welder
- This heat shield is placed in between the clear lens and the auto darkening filter of the Lincoln Viking 3350 welding helmet. It's purpose is to protect the auto darkening lens filter from excess heat caused by high amperage welding and cutting, as well as adding a personal touch.
- Addtionally, building off of OPTREL Swiss welding helmets, the four arc sensors' sight angles are reduced from 180 degrees to 90 degrees. This design still allows for off center and out of position welding while preventing the lens from false darkening while other welders are arc welding near you.
NOTE: To utilize the heat shield, slide the shield onto the ADF frame following the factory guides and remove the rubber gasket from the clear lens.
