Product Description
This detail kit for tha Chaparral 1 race car contains several important components for your build: the simulated engine, side saddle gas tanks, and the side exhaust pipes.
The engine fits under the hood and is designed so that it is visable through the vent holes in the hood.. There is a distributor, Stromberg carbs, exhaust headers and other details to make the model look authentic. the ambitious builder may choose to add wires and hoses in addition to metalilic finishes to enhanse the realism.
The Gas tanks sit on either side of the cockpiy up under the cowl. the tanks fit perfectly and have ulta detailed quick release caps.
The side exhaust pipes are carefully designed and attach to mounting points on the sides of the body tub. The individual header tubes and collector look fantastic, and the exhuast tips are hollow for wonderful realism.
