This is a sleeve for an Ergotron LX Sit-Stand LCD monitor arm, model number 45-360-026. If you need to print this yourself or want to modify it, the original design can be found on Github:
This is a modification from the Ergotron LX design available here, with dimensions provided by another Shapeways user. I uploaded the original to ShapeWays since I don't have a 3D printer and needed it myself when one of mine went missing. There's no markup on this; just ShapeWays' costs. I do wish Ergotron would make these available.
