Product Description
The base for the laser was the top half of a piezoelectric gas lighter identified by JimmyC on TDH. The copper like plate on the front is actually a piece of Veroboard with the 3.5 mm pitch between 2 holes and a 9-10 mm in diameter plastic or metal rod placed slightly upward at its back end and sanded down at the front bottom side to fit into the casing. The markings were most likely decals or painted on by Signwriter. 2 dental files sits at the back end of the casing; these are identical in shape as those seen on the jetpacks and in the rear keyholes of most of the helmets.
