Product Description
Chassis for the AtomSabers Depa Billaba version hilts.
This is a permanent wired in battery design, not removable.
For this chassis you will also require P1, P2, P3 & P5 of the design.
This chassis is designed for use with:
-Proffie Board or GHV3 (Depending which listing you purchase)
-KR Sabers 22mm Bass speaker
-18650 Lithium Ion Battery
-2.1mm recharge port
-Crystal or my generic chassis crystal (found on shapeways) and single neo pixel
-Offcut of pixel strip to light up the vents in the cover
-8-off 2diax2mm neo magnets
-4x4x1.5mm SMD tactile switch
This design allows for the board to slide into place once wired up and tested.
8-off neo magnets are required to be glued into P5 to match the magnets in the relating part of the hilt. Make sure you check your magnet origentation before gluing anything.
The crystal neopixel requires gluing into the crystal once everything is wired up and tested, and then the crystal requires being glued into the chassis with the chamber parts glued over the top after the chassis is installed and in the hilt.
The board & RCP are accessible through the pommel. I recommend never over tightening the pommel.
When printing in metals, the prints can sometimes come a little bit of spec for fits, but a bit of filing will sort that out.
Any damage occurred during installation is the responsibility of the individual installer.
