Product Description
Designed to print in -Smooth Fine Detail Plastic
Revised 2020 with funnel options.
This model is based on a Hunslet vertical cylinder engine with shaft driven articulated driving bogies. It has been adapted to run on a Bandai 3 chassis. I have designed extension wheel hubs and connecting rods to add to the chassis, these are printed so that they will be quartered to each other when fitted. See the assembly details sheet.
Note that further parts will be needed to complete the connecting rods. You will need eight 14BA X 5/16 brass screws with nuts and washers. Also 0.45mm diameter brass wire to form the handrails on the cab sides and smokebox door dart/handles. More details of how the hubs and connecting rods are added to the chassis can be viewed at the link below.

The print includes basic couplings but other types such as Greenwich or Peco narrow gauge N E M could be used with some modification.
