After months of testing and tweaking, this solid design can be used for racing. It shares the exact same geometry as the original UM44 XL arms but much more robust than the printed original design. The arms require a 3mm drill bit or reamer to clean the hinge pin and hub holes, and 2.6mm for the M3 scre holes. Pre-cut the thread with a M3 CAP screw for easier install. This is a single arm, you will need a pair to run.
