This is a smaller version of the Big Wheel Gyroscope Passenger Transport in discussion in the NewMars.com/forums.
This version has the same diameter of 122 meter, giving 1 g of simulated gravity at 4 RPM. However, this version provides for 45 Docking Ports for SpaceX Starships, with 10 meter diameter ports.
The diameter of the axle is defined as 17 meters. The axle will interact with the Yoke to permit force from the Propulsion Unit to flow into the rotating habitat, to move it as needed for a flight to and from Mars.
