Chevy tractor G7113 conversion 1:35

This set of parts is to convert the Italeri 1:35 Water Tank Truck (#201) into a Chevy 4x4 G-7113 tractor unit.  Significant modification of the kit frame is required, shortening it and removing details at the rear before adding these printed parts.  (See pics for measurements.  I made a simple jig from plastic strip, cutting it to length and drilling holes at the right places - I can hold the frame rail against it to drill and mark the cut to shorten it.  Note that ALL the details on the rear half of the frame rails needs removed first!)

For those who need only some of the components I do offer four grouped sets (fifth-wheel, suspension, axles, and fuel tank) that may be bought separately, but this set containing all the parts in one sprue is quite a few dollars cheaper than the four individual sets added together, so if you want to have a G-7113 tractor this is the best bet.

Given the cost, I offer this set in both Smooth and Smoothest - the difference is $30 vs $49.  But of course the detail will be better in the more expensive material...
