Sahasrara, (crown chakra) is the seventh primary chakra within Hinduism and Buddhism traditions. In Sanskrit (the classical language of India), Sahasrara means infinite, representing self transcendence, oneness, and the merging with the infinite source of creation. Sahasrara represents space (nothingness), and is associated with the pursuit of spiritual peace, and connecting to a higher consciousness or state of being. The thousand petal lotus of Sahasrara represents the connection to the divine, and represents our unity with the universe, (everything). The lotus flower is a symbol of prosperity and eternity, signifying these integral connections. This ring also includes within its design a curved inside surface for a comfortable fit.
