Assembly:
- get both parts 3d-printed
- put them together with an M5x30mm screw and a nut, preferrably a wing nut
- Fix lamp into holder using an M5x10 or M5x16 screw
- Fix lamp holder to hot shoe with one or two M5x10 or M5x16 screws
