Product Description
This is an O scale 1950's era D47U Bulldozer modeled from a real D47U I own . The real dozer it was modeled from differs from the factory stock D4 7U dozer due to haveing a fully custom articulated blade and other features (Note Blade on model is static). It is made for static display on a O scale 1/48 train layout,construction diorama or as a flat car load.
Instruction- Carefully clip away 4 Unmbrella runner supports at top, Clip away dozer from base pegs
Paint recommendations- washing remove any wax residue /dry dozer
Light primer coat Flat black
For Caterpillar highway yellow base coat-Tamiya lemon yellow X8
Umbrella-Tam Flat yellow XF3
Seat paddings/arm rests/back rest - Tamiya Gloss black X18
Lever handles -Tamiya gloss black X18
Side mounted tool shovel-black, brown for middle wood section
hydrodraulic cylinder (shafts only)- Tamiya silver X11
fire extinguisher -red tamiya X7
Hood exhaust pipes flat black
