Chassis for the 89 Saber/Korbanth DM2020 hilts.
This is a removable battery design. The battery tabs required are the type shown in the link below:

This chassis is designed for use with:
-ProffieBoard V2.2
-KR Sabers 24/22mm Bass speaker
-18650 Lithium Ion Battery Button Top
-Shtok Short Pin Hilt side LED PCB (most likely requires sanding down on the outside diameter)
-Two 4x4x1.5mm SMD metal tactile switches
-Three individual neopixels-High amp kill switch
After wires are soldered to the included battery tabs, I suggest carefully heating up the battery tabs to insert them in to the chassis. This not only makes it a lot easier to insert them, but also forms the plastic around them, holding them far better.
-There are three neopixels included with each chassis, two are to light up the accent LEDs on the side of the hilt and one is to light up the plastic crystals that are built into the bottom of the pommels. These require gluing into the chassis once tested.
The neopixels require gluing into the chassis once everything is wired up and tested.
This design allows for the board to slide into place once wired up and tested.
The switch requires gluing in to place once everything is wired up and tested. We recommend a dab of hot glue to secure it.
The chassis is designed to be fully removable from the hilt, simply unscrew the emitter.
Handle with care.
Any damage occurred during installation is the responsibility of the individual installer.
