HON30 AND N SCALE TRACK CLEANER TANK CAR

This is a HOn30 model of a tank car that was used on the Dismal Swamp RR (42" gauge) in Norfolk County in the first half of the 20th Century. It doubles as a track cleaning car with a hollow cavity and a removable cap to add weights, etc.  As it runs on N scale (009) track and standard coupler height, it may also be used on N scale layouts where clearance is not an issue.

This model is set up to use Micro-Trains N-scale couplers and arch bar trucks. It is broken into parts which will need to be glued together.

The track cleaning pad underneath screws together with miniature screws (not included). A cloth strip is attached to this pad. This pad can be used dry or with a cleaning solution (WD-40 Specialist Electrical Contact Cleaner Spray is recommended).
