This is a Strap Divider.
The Original was made of Copper Alloy (Somewhere between Bronze and Brass Most likely) and was used as a way to bisect a strap. Its original function in this regard is unknown - but it could possibly have been part of a sword suspension system or a Horse bridle.
The Replica is near enough 1:1 in Scale, but there could be slight discrepencies. This is not a Direct 3D Scan after all.
I have not yet received my copy of this and so I cannot vouch for its quality or suitability for purpose - but I will update this description when I have confirmed all is right and well.
I Have only made it available in plastic as it would be overly expensive to make available in Bronze - you will have to organise casting of the item yourself.
