USS Purdy destroyer 1:2400 WW2

USS Purdy (DD-734) is a member of the Allen M. Sumner destroyer class. This model represents the ship as completed, launched and commissioned 1944. Purdy began her combat service with the invasion of Okinawa. Purdy survived the war, served during the Korean War and continued to actively serve up to the Cuban Missile Crisis before becoming a naval reserve and school ship. She was sold in 1974 and broken up for scrap.

The model has ‘floored guns’ for the best durability to reduce breakages, and be printable in the material offered.
