This is an X-shaped book stand/display . Just slot sides A and B into eachother.
This particular model is significantly cheaper to print yourself than to get from Shapeways, so really only consider buying this from here if you don't know anyone with a 3d printer and/or REALLY want SLS nylon ("versatile plastic") or MJF PA12 for a specific reason.
Shapeways materials and print quality are very nice, and those processes are something you probably can't do at home! But this model was designed specifically to cost literal cents to make in PLA on a prusa mini
