Product Description
This is a Strap end.
The original was made of Copper Alloy (Somewhere between Bronze and Brass most likely) and was found in East Runton, in Norfolk, UK. It is nearly identical to a number of other finds, including the Example from the Parish of Horsham St Faith and Newton St Faith that I offer here:https://www.shapeways.com/product/Z7JSXBFWV/strap-end-from-horsham-newton-st-faith
The Replica is near enough 1:1 and will suit a belt strap 25mm wide. The attachment slot is very narrow so you may need to open it up with a chisel prior to fitting.
I have not yet received my copy of this and so I cannot vouch for its quality or suitability for purpose - but I will update this description when I have confirmed all is right and well.
