00 Scale LNWR Crampton Motion V2

This set of alternate parts cast in metal complements the 00 Scale model of the LNWR Crampton locomotive ‘Liverpool’ – in her day claimed to be the most powerful engine in the world.  

Combined with the 00 Crampton Locomotive and Tender, plus the Crampton parts bundle (need for wheels and slide bar mounts; each separately available) these provide the primary parts for a fully working model (motorised tender chassis to be developed by the builder).  Importantly, these are to be considered akin to cast parts requiring further work – drilling of holes and filing, particularly of the eccentrics to ensure clearance around the wheel (rim in particular).  

IMPORTANT: while most models available here have been pre-tested and known to work, this scratch-aid has not been printed/tested by myself, so while the measurements appear correct it is considered strictly experimental.
