This is the "MIlkbar" version of the SAR Brill 75 railcar, now available as printed parts. To complete the kit requires a Tomytec TM-10R mechanism, and also custom decals and etched brass parts, available from MNSSARM (Malky's N Scale SAR Models (dmjenkins.net)).
