Product Description
LDM 12 is a locomotive manufactured by Uzinele Malaxa SA (then Uzinele 23August, now FAUR SA) from 1938 till 1963 in Romania. It was powered by a diesel engine type Ganz and had a mechanical transmision with coupling rods. Locomotive had a 90 KW (120 HP) power and maximum speed of 55 Km/h. Main use was for light shunting operation and industrial operations. It was used extensively in Romania.
