Product Description
Another Aerospace What If. First introduced in 2001, this concept jet airliner was developed by Boeing as a near-supersonic airliner carrying 200 to 250 passengers. Capable of Mach .95 the Sonic Cruiser would be about 15 to 20 percent faster than traditional airliners without all the problems associated with commercial supersonic travel. It was canceled in 2002 in favor of the 787 Dreamliner.
